For strength building or performance research, Sci-Sport elastic bands are a simple and practical tool that can be carried everywhere. To facilitate your training, we will list on this page the exercises that can be performed with 1 or 2 bands, by hanging or not the elastic band at a fixed point and using or not additional equipment. In addition, we will provide you with a few training programs so that you can be completely independent in your fitness or sports performance goals.
